We don't change houses.

Every house holds a better version of itself — beneath the carpet someone chose in a hurry, behind the wall that never made sense, inside the bathroom that was never quite yours. Our work is to find it and bring it into the light, slab by slab, joint by joint.
Most of our projects still arrive the old way: one neighbor telling another what we did for them. We intend to keep earning that.
